MRNSW volunteers are recognised for their marine skill, experience and commitment to saving lives on the water. This team of boating safety advocates works together, both on and off the water, to provide boaters with the assistance, advice and vital rescue services to help them stay safe on the water. Australian Sailing Team
Navionics is proud to announce their recent sponsorship agreement with the Australian Sailing Team as official supplier of Electronic Nautical Charts. After successful trials of the maps during the 2014 ISAF World Championships, Navionics charts were deemed the preferred solution by the Team’s technical advisors. Navionics charts will be included in the onboard inventory at various Australian and International events. Navionics charts will be used in conjunction with Navico supplied B&G Plotters which benefit the team's coaching and training vessels with a high level of environmental awareness offered by the charts and the ability to cross reference other performance data.
New South Wales Southern Bream Series Tournament 2016
Navionics Australia is proud to support the Grand Final of the New South Wales Southern Bream Series for 2016, supplying prizes to individual and Grand Final Winnersto the value of $6,000. Prizes include Navionics Platinum charts, the premium chart plotter including 3D and satellite overlays as well as extensive bathymetric information. Navionics is also supplying Sonarphone T-boxes, used in conjunction with the Navionics App, users can create their own HD bathymetric charts, which add the areas collective chart data.
The Tournament Grand Final is due to commence in early October, Navionics Australia wishes all competitors a safe and successful competition.
