By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which Navionics Australia and ASIA will not be responsible.

[www.navionics.com.au] retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted Navionics Australia and ASIA will inform you via email confirmation. Where a contract is made with a third party www.navionics.com.au is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Cancellation Policy:

For purchases made on the Navionics Australia and ASIA website where a request by the customer for cancellation of the order post-payment has been made, Navionics Australia and ASIA reserve the right to enforce a cancellation fee, which is deducted from the overall refund amount. This cancellation fee will not exceed 10% of the total cost of the item. This fee covers bank merchant and transaction fees incurred by the seller.

 

Return of Goods/Restocking Fees

For return of goods found to be improperly described or otherwise unsuited, Navionics Australia and ASIA reserve the right to change a restocking fee not exceeding 15% of the total item cost. This fee covers bank merchant and transaction fees incurred by the seller. Whilst Navionics Australia and ASIA will undertake all reasonable action to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. Items are eligible for return of goods 7 days from the date of invoice. Returned items are at the customer’s responsibility/cost until received by Navionics Australia.

A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply if the goods returned for credit are received in a non-saleable condition, a non-valid reason provided for return, and where the packaging requires replacement to facilitate.

 

Warranty Claims:

Warranty claims (for end users) will require proof of purchase from Navionics Australia and ASIA, and any other information relating to usage that may assist in evaluation of your claim.

Warranty claims (for Navionics resellers) will require proof of payment between the seller and the purchaser, along with any other information that would assist in evaluation of the claim.
